Gary Cudmore and Rob Nash-Boulden have announced that they have joined forces to form Aristos International, Inc. The new company provides comprehensive datacenter services, including site selection, feasibility studies, consulting, construction, project management, engineering, capacity audits, layouts and configurations, computational fluid dynamic studies, constructability analysis, reliability studies, site surveys, equipment sourcing and procurement, redundancy planning, electrical, architectural, structural, mechanical and plumbing, budgetary development, fire suppression, raised floors, and site commissioning.
Cudmore, a 22-year veteran of the datacenter industry, will be the president of the company with emphasis on business development while Nash-Boulden will be the senior vice-president with emphasis on operations, finance, and information technology. In 2006, he completed the design and construction of a datacenter tenant improvement project with a budget of just over $26 million dollars in less than 180 days.
For almost a quarter century, Cudmore has personally engineered and constructed critical environments throughout the US and Canada. He is one of a select few that understands all aspects of developing the testing plan and commissioning high reliability datacenters.
Nash-Boulden is the former CEO and president of Compel, a technology service provider specializing in datacenter construction, communications cabling and network equipment.
