Electronic Environments to resell AdaptivCool data center cooling solutions

Data center services firm to include two of the new partner’s products in its offering
(8/18/2009)

Electronic Environments, a Marlboro, Mass.-based provider of a wide range of data center services, has partnered with AdaptivCool to include two of the cooling solution developer’s products in its core offering of data center infrastructure solutions.

Electronic Environments will act as a value-added reseller of HotSpotr – its new partner’s under-floor air movers and overhead air removal units, as well as Room Scale Intelligent Cooling – AdaptivCool’s comprehensive airflow monitoring and management system for data centers.

“We recognize that the AdaptivCool solution represents a compelling value proposition to the ever evolving data center market nationwide and we are proud to have them as part of our expanding solution set,” Michael Kingsley, president of Electronic Environments, said in a statement. “The collective experience of Electronic Environments and AdaptivCool will benefit our customers seeking to reduce data center energy consumption and save money.”

Electronic Environments provides design, construction, maintenance and emergency maintenance services for mission critical facilities. AdaptivCool is based in the greater Boston, Mass., area. It’s main focus is design of data center cooling solutions. Earlier this year it announced a similar value-added-reseller agreement with Yamatake Corporation, which has since been selling HotSpotr and Room Scale Intelligent Cooling solutions in Japan.
